MKRT 181 is Proud to announce Our Own tabler opening a eye Hospital
Dr Lankesh's Eye Hospital
We had a community service with the members of Lions Club of Pettah, Srilanka @ Dr.Lankesh eye hospital on the 21st June 2010. They were about 15 Lions club members and they had contributed Rs.10,000 towards the community service done that day. Tablers who were present that day before and during the meeting were Amit,Sunil,Mahesh,Samer,Ganesh,Lankesh,Mukesh,Vinay and Saktivel. During the meeting we as 181'rs owed our credit of the best round table in the world to these lions club members because it was the project we did with them in Oct 2008 in Srilanka where 181'rs were in quorum got us those accolades. They were extremely happy with this news and yet again extended us a warm invitation for all of us to come there and do yet another good community service with them at Colombo in our next tabling year... We called each other long term international partners for cross country community services....
