Health Camp at Kodambakkam

Mkrt 181 in association with NALLOR VATTAM had organised a health camp at ganganagar, Kodambakkam on 11/10/09. There were 2 doctors from UEC, 2 volunteers from United States, 1 GP and 8 dentists from meenakshi dental college. There was good response from the public for the camp. We had eye,dental and general health check up. We screened around 210 patients out of that 50 patients were reffered to meenakshi dental college for dental treatment, 17 patients were reffered to uma eye clinic for cataract surgery and other needy pts were given free glasses.free medicines were also distributed to the patients by the general physician.

Community Service In Colombo

Tablers and Circlers,
Our chairman Sunil bajaj and IPC Rajiv shah had represented Mkrt 181 in the community service organised by lions club of pettah in colombo on 4/10/09. They visited a orphanage school where 150 children are studying and living there and as per their request we donated them a new computer set. The cost of the computer was 22000 INR. The children were all very happy and will put it to good use
